General information

• Prices shown will attract a tourist tax of € 2,50 per person aged 14 years and over and per day.
• The prices are intended with a minium stay of 7 days. Prices for a shorter stay upon request.
• For every additional person we calculate 18,00 €/per day.
• Final cleaning per apartment: 45,00-50,00 €
• Free accommodation for children under 3 years.
• Minimum stay 3 days
• Pets upon request and surcharge.

Payment

• Your booking is binding after having paid a deposit of 1/3 of the total amount within a week.
• The balance will be paid at the time of departure.

Cancellation

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following cancellation policy:

• For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival the deposit will not be refounded.
• For cancellations from 0 to 30 days before arrival 100% will be charged.
• Late arrival or early departure will be charged at 100% of the daily rate.
• COVID-19: If the government prohibits entry for tourist reasons, the deposit will be refunded.
